She brings partners together & facilitates stakeholder engagement to catalyse innovative approaches to complex problems. She designs bespoke strategies, directs investments, & manages projects & teams for effective climate resilience, adaptation, mitigation, food systems & nature-based solutions. Building also on her experience with disability advocacy, as well as working across gender, equity, diversity and social inclusion (GEDSI), Krista has established Sustainability Connections to increase opportunities for all voices in negotiations & decision-making. She works across sectors to create impactful and sustainable outcomes.
